• OUR RETURN POLICY

  You may return any unworn merchandise within 10 days from the date you received it for either a refund (website orders only) or exchange. Please note that shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded.

  Customer must insure shipment for full value. Shipping and insurance costs are paid by customer.

  We require sending any returned merchandise via insured/trackable, UPS, or Fed Ex. Do not send via US Postal Service. Kit Carson Jewelry is not responsible for any returned merchandise that is either lost or damaged in transit.

  Include a copy of your invoice, and let us know whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

  Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will either send the exchanged merchandise to you, or refund the amount of the merchandise to your original form of payment. You will receive an email letting you know when we receive it.
